New Real Estate Laws

The Minister for Consumer Affairs says people should find it easier to get involved in real estate auctions with new laws that come into effect today.

Properties will be sold at a more realistic and fairer value so the opportunity for prices, for people to be duped into paying more for a property than the property's worth hopefully will be a thing of the past.

Will it really benefit the buyers side or the other way around, does the saying laws they're made to be broken apply to this one too?
